Data Controller

WebFormica, registered at 411 01 Saffransgatan 34, Göteborg, Sweden, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data submitted through our laboratory requisition forms and contact consoles.

Categories of Data Processed

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: full name, institutional affiliation
• Contact data: email address, telephone number
• Project data: specifications, objectives, and scope details submitted via requisition forms
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and interaction telemetry

Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for client communication, project delivery, scope analysis, statutory tax reporting, and platform security optimization. We never sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers.

Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)

Processing is conducted under the legal basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for the performance of our design services and platform security.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 24 months for statutory compliance. Data is securely stored within encrypted EU-hosted cloud systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

International Transfers

All personal data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Any transfer outside the EEA is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Scope of Engagement

All digital design services, interface components, and layout protocols provided by WebFormica are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and WebFormica at 411 01 Saffransgatan 34, Göteborg, Sweden.

Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, WebFormica assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific design deliverables, layout tokens, component libraries, and digital assets directly to the Client. No recurring licensing fees apply.

Service Delivery & Acceptance

WebFormica commits to delivering all contracted design protocols within the timeline specified in the executed SOW. The Client has 5 business days from delivery to review and request reasonable modifications. Failure to respond within this window constitutes formal acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

WebFormica's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. WebFormica shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden. Any dispute shall be resolved through the District Court of Göteborg, unless the parties agree to binding arbitration under the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce rules.

Cookie Usage

WebFormica utilizes strictly functional cookies to guarantee secure platform sessions, maintain user preferences, and optimize interface responsiveness. We do not employ third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling mechanisms.

You may manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling functional cookies may impair certain platform functionalities. The consent cookie can be cleared by using the "Send another request" function or clearing browser data.

Cancellation Before Work Commencement

If the Client cancels a requisition before any design work has commenced, WebFormica shall issue a full refund of any advance payment within 10 business days, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., stock assets procured on the Client's behalf).

Cancellation After Work Commencement

If the Client cancels after design work has commenced, WebFormica shall retain payment proportional to the work completed up to the cancellation date. The Client shall receive all completed deliverables and associated design tokens at the time of cancellation.

Quality Dispute Resolution

If the Client believes delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the executed SOW, the Client must submit a written dispute within 5 business days of delivery. WebFormica shall review the dispute and, if valid, perform reasonable modifications at no additional charge within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Third-party software licenses, stock media assets, domain registration fees, and cloud hosting deposits procured specifically for the Client's project are non-refundable. These costs are disclosed in advance within the SOW.

Refund Process
